Allowing clients, marketing representatives and end users to navigate through presentations at their own pace has become increasingly important. Interactivity, convenience and tracking are the basis of the Internet’s and multimedia's mass appeal and power. The need for and interest in interactivity is quite established among all types of communicators and for good reason…giving end users and clients (or educators) greater opportunities for flexibility, message assessment and media convergence increases the impact and thoroughness of the message.
